Position : Business Development Specialist – Remote
In the business development specialist role, you will collaborate with various departments to conduct market research and execute sales strategies to drive company top-line growth. You will attract new clients and foster lasting relationships with current clients and key partners. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to identify, grow, and maintain new business relationships, products, and opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Willing to familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

Formulates and executes sales, marketing, and product development strategies.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Builds and maintains client databases using CRM tools.

Liaises with key staff to assess satisfaction and requirements.

Assists business development managers in closing and finalizing deals.

Identifies new strategic partners and attractive business ventures.

Oversees progress of the company’s strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proficient in MS Office.

Familiar with CRM tools including Salesforce.

Highly organized.

Minimum 1 year of work experience.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Strong project management skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
