Primary Responsibilities:
Driving process efficiencies, seeking out resources needed for issue resolution and attaining operational excellence
Formulate and apply internal and external methods for developing, interpreting and applying information that assists management with decision making, policy and process formulation, or other managerial functions
Collect and analyze data in support of continuous improvement
Develop and supply optimal time, costs, or logistics networks for program or project evaluation, review, or implementation
Provide updated metrics when requested by operational department and/or program leadership
Participate in meetings as needed to serve as a subject matter expert on function, department processes and/or services within the scope of responsibilities
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all department processes and ability to evaluate and propose improvements for these processes
Build solid working relationships that instills collaboration across OSHS to ensure successful outcomes for the organization
Demonstrate a solid understanding of operational needs in order to translate changes and/or enhancements to IT

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience utilizing continuous improvement methodologies in a corporate environment in order to observe, analyze, implement process improvements
Experience applying continuous improvement methods and cognitive thinking to comprehend, calculate results, analyze data and reason with stakeholders in order to problem solve and make educated business decisions
Experience grasping technical fundamentals of software as well as work with complicated IT systems and using it to develop processes applicable to the organization
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human capital modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, Microsoft Project and/or Project Server, Visio
Demonstrated ability to lead the activities of others as well as manage and monitor results
Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma White Belt certification, ability to obtain Six Sigma Yellow Belt within 6 months of obtaining position
Database experience
Project Management experience
Experience with utilizing Six Sigma tools for process decomposition
Knowledge of military databases
Basic MDE VBA contract knowledge, including Veteran Services Clinical Operations Review/Returned Exam process knowledge
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels of an organization
Proven problem solving, organizational, time management and team building skills, demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure/stressful environment and maintain composure and professionalism

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
