Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. The intern will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our Salesforce system by reviewing the current status across different business units, researching internal best practices, and recommending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and CRM management.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Review Current Salesforce Status: Conduct a thorough review of the existing Salesforce setup and usage across various business units to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

Research Best Practices: Investigate and gather information on internal best practices for Salesforce usage and management. This includes collaborating with different departments to understand their processes and requirements.

Recommend SOPs: Develop and propose Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce usage. Ensure that these SOPs are aligned with the overall business objectives and best practices.

Data Quality Management: Assist in maintaining and improving the quality of data within Salesforce by identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies and inaccuracies.

Training and Support: Provide support and training to team members on the newly implemented SOPs and best practices to ensure smooth adoption and compliance.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on the findings, recommendations, and progress of the Salesforce quality improvement initiatives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to Salesforce management and improvement.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
