Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support through voice, email, and chat
Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly
Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services
Call logging and reporting as necessary
Work with internal teams to come up with solutions to customer issues
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Kickass multitasking abilities
Willingness to learn new software and processes
Proven customer support experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working in a remote setup
Prior call center experience
Familiarity with CRM systems
Inclination towards problem-solving
