The Role
Imagine being the bridge that connects skilled candidates to their dream jobs. As a Remote Candidate Sourcing Assistant, your mission is to engage with potential candidates and guide them through our application process. Your efforts will ensure we have a robust pipeline of talent ready to meet the needs of our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Engage and Inspire: Use platforms like Snaphunt.com, Onlinejobs.ph, and LinkedIn to find and message potential candidates, encouraging them to apply.
Support and Guide: Answer any questions candidates have about the application process, providing clear and helpful information.
Build the Pipeline: Follow up with candidates to ensure they complete the application, maintaining an organized and efficient process.
Collaborate: Work closely with our recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
Ideal Profile
What You Bring:
Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Snaphunt.com, Onlinejobs.ph, and LinkedIn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
