Why does this role exist?
We’re seeking a Career Platform Trainer to conduct personalized walkthrough sessions with our clients, helping them maximize the benefits of our job search tools and platform. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients can effectively utilize our technology to enhance their job search success, providing real-time guidance and support through remote access assistance.
The Impact you’ll make
Client Training & Support

Conduct 2-3 daily walkthrough sessions with clients via remote access tools

Guide clients through platform features and job-seeking activities

Provide clear, step-by-step instructions during live sessions

Session Preparation

Research client backgrounds and needs before sessions

Prepare customized training approaches for different client scenarios

Document common questions and create solution templates

Platform Expertise

Master recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and internal tools

Stay updated on platform features and best practices

Provide feedback for platform improvements

Client Success

Ensure clients understand and can independently use tools post-session

Follow up on client progress and provide additional support as needed

Maintain professional communication throughout client interaction

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:

Proven training or teaching experience (corporate setting preferred)

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience with recruitment platforms and job search tools

A track record of delivering clear technical instructions

Professional video presence and presentation skills

WFH Set-Up:

Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

Back-up computer and internet connection

Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect…
Work Setup:

Remote position

Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters

40 hours per week

Compensation:

$5 per hour
