Role Overview:
The Case Manager is pivotal in overseeing case progression and ensuring favorable resolutions. This role involves managing complex negotiations, monitoring timelines, and collaborating with other team members to maintain high client satisfaction. Success in this role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, negotiation expertise, interpersonal skills and Bilingual proficiency is required to meet the diverse needs of our clientele effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage cases with varying policy limits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and maximizing settlement outcomes.

Negotiate effectively with insurance companies, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to secure the best results for clients.

Monitor case timelines, ensuring all milestones—such as medical treatments and documentation submissions—are met on schedule.

Collaborate with patient coordinators to address treatment gaps or other case-related issues promptly.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of settlements, negotiations, and case developments.

Provide clients with regular updates on case progress and next steps to maintain transparency and trust.

Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to manage high-stakes discussions effectively.

Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Keen attention to detail for accurate documentation and compliance with legal requirements.

Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal terminology related to case management. Ability to reference and apply legal frameworks to client cases effectively.

Must be confident, assertive, good negotiation skills, strong demeanor and comfortable working in high-pressure environments. Ability to make decisions and take charge when necessary while maintaining professionalism.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments to resolve challenges efficiently.

A background in legal, insurance, or claims management is highly preferred.
