About the hiring company:
The company is a B2C casino and sports operator with four years of experience and 80 employees across Europe. We value our staff as our greatest asset, hiring only the best professionals who excel in their fields and share our passion for iGaming.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Casino Manager, preferably with experience in the Asian iGaming market, to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Game Management and Oversight:
a. Ensure the integrity and fairness of all games offered on the platform, with a
focus on popular titles and game mechanics.
b. Monitor game operations for any irregularities or potential cheating.
c. Oversee the selection and integration of new casino games from various
providers, ensuring compatibility, smooth functionality.
d. Stay updated on the latest online casino games and trends to keep the
platform competitive and engaging.
2. Player Experience and Support:
a. Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure players have a positive
experience and receive prompt assistance with any issues they encounter,
considering cultural sensitivities and language preferences.
b. Identify and implement strategies to enhance player engagement and
retention.
c. Work with our third party back-end company to make sure all our
requirement and bugs are being take care of.
3. Work closely with the CRM department:
a. Create bonuses in the BO
b. Understanding in wager/maximum win/ contribution per game
c. Think about creative and unique campaigns with the CRM team
The Successful Candidate:
4-5 years of experience in iGaming, casino management, or risk management, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Fluency or high proficiency in English.
