We are seeking a highly organised, data-driven, and strategic Online Casino Manager to lead and optimise our casino operations within the regulated Dutch market. This is a key role that will drive growth, ensure full regulatory compliance with Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) standards, and deliver an exceptional localised player experience.
While the role is focused on the Netherlands, we are open to candidates based in Malta, the Netherlands or working remotely.
Your Mission:
To oversee and grow the Dutch casino vertical, ensuring full regulatory compliance while driving revenue growth, player acquisition, and retention, all while delivering a safe, responsible, and enjoyable player experience.
Key Responsibilities: Casino Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of the online casino platform for the Netherlands
Implement and maintain operational procedures that ensure compliance, efficiency, and superior customer satisfaction
Ensure the player journey is fully optimised for the Dutch market, reflecting local preferences and regulatory obligations
Game Portfolio Management
Manage game portfolio sourcing, curation, and performance, ensuring a diverse, appealing, and compliant selection of titles
Collaborate with leading game providers, ensuring games meet Dutch regulatory standards (e.g. bonus structures, responsible gaming features)
Monitor and optimise game KPIs such as engagement, RTP, and profitability
Compliance & Responsible Gaming
Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure full alignment with KSA regulations
Proactively identify regulatory risks and ensure ongoing operational compliance with evolving legislation
Support responsible gaming initiatives and player protection protocols
Customer Experience & Retention
Design and implement player retention, loyalty, and reactivation strategies tailored to the Dutch market.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional collaboration between Customer Support, CRM, Marketing, Game Providers, and Compliance teams
Foster a positive, high-performance team culture aligned with the company’s values and responsible gaming commitments
Marketing & Promotional Strategy
Develop and execute localised casino promotions in close partnership with CRM and Marketing
Ensure that promotions meet Dutch regulatory marketing guidelines (e.g. advertising restrictions, bonus limitations, age gating, etc.)
Continuously optimise promotions based on data-driven performance analysis
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor KPIs such as revenue, ARPU, retention, game performance, responsible gaming metrics, and operational efficiency
Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

Requirements:
Proven track record of managing online casino operations in regulated markets, preferably including experience with Dutch regulations (KSA)
Minimum 7 years of relevant iGaming experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
In-depth knowledge of Dutch iGaming regulations, player behavior, and market trends
Strong leadership and cross-functional team management abilities
Highly data-driven with experience in analytics, reporting, and KPI-driven decision making
Strong understanding of CRM, retention, bonus mechanics, and player lifecycle management in regulated environments
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
