C&B HR Operations Lead (Team Management, Hybrid Remote Work!)
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits HR Operations Lead for a leading IT company.
You’ll report directly to APAC HQ, lead multiple HR operations functions, and manage a team.
The position offers the flexibility to work from home four days a week, and our client offers a highly globalized office with a diverse culture.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead & Manage a team.
– Manage payroll.
– Develop Compensation and Benefits programs.
– Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to streamline programs.
– Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and monitor market trends.
– Collaborate with the Global Rewards team on company-wide initiatives.
– Report to the HR Manager.
Ideal Candidate:
– Experience in HR operations
– Experience in compensation and benefits.
– Team management ability.
– Knowledge of labor laws / compliance standards.
– Must be fluent in Japanese!
