Job Description:
The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing the company’s
operations, and ensuring sustainable growth in a competitive gaming industry. The ideal
candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the gaming sector, and a proven track record of scaling businesses. They will collaborate closely with the executive team to drive product innovation, expand market presence, and build long-term value for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement the overall corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with the

company’s long-term goals and vision. * Lead the executive team in setting and achieving business objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and product innovation.

Drive the strategic direction of the company to ensure its competitiveness in the iGaming industry, particularly in slot game development.

Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability.

2. Business Development & Growth

Identify new opportunities for growth, including entering new markets, forming strategic partnerships, and launching new products or services.

Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to explore new

revenue streams and expand the company’s global footprint. * Lead negotiations for high-impact business deals, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances that align with the company’s growth goals.
3. Product Development & Innovation

Work closely with the Product and Development teams to ensure the creation of cutting-edge slot games that meet market demands and player expectations.

Stay ahead of gaming industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains a leader in innovation.

Oversee the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of high-quality games.

4. Operational Excellence

Ensure efficient day-to-day operations across all departments, optimizing workflows and processes to drive performance.

Lead the management team in building a strong, cohesive company culture that

promotes creativity, collaboration, and productivity. * Set and monitor company-wide KPIs, holding department heads accountable for
achieving their goals.
5. Financial Management

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the company’s fiscal health and profitability.

Work with the CFO and finance team to manage resources efficiently, reduce costs

where necessary, and optimize the financial performance of the company. * Report regularly to the Board of Directors on the company’s financial status and overall performance.
6. Team Leadership & Culture

Build and nurture a high-performing leadership team, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Create a strong corporate culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Act as a role model and leader, inspiring the team to achieve excellence in their

respective roles.
7. Stakeholder Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Represent the company in key external events, industry conferences, and media

engagements to enhance the brand’s visibility and reputation. * Ensure transparent and open communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Successful Candidate:

Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or similar executive leadership role, ideally within the gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors.

Strong understanding of the gaming industry, with specific knowledge in slot game

development being a significant advantage. * A track record of driving business growth and profitability in a competitive market.

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation and performance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and forecasting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience in iGaming, mobile gaming, or online casinos.

Deep understanding of market trends, player preferences, and technological

advancements in the gaming industry. * Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the gaming sector.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and disruptive technologies.
