Our client is a fast-growing global fintech company. They are looking for someone to join as an CFD & FX BD Manager (remote work) to identify and pursue sales opportunities in the CFD and FX markets in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities

Sales Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the CFD and FX markets by leveraging an established network of Introductory Brokers (IB) & Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) partners in Hong Kong.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs to offer customized FX solutions.

Sales Targets Achievement: Aim to meet or exceed sales targets for FX products while ensuring high client satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.

Market Knowledge and Analysis: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the FX market, including trends and competitor activities, to provide valuable insights and identify areas for improvement.

Effective Communication and Reporting: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate terms, and keep accurate records of sales activities while providing regular updates to management.

Requirements

Educational and Professional Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics, along with demonstrated sales experience in the FX or financial services sectors.

Good connections with Introductory Brokers (IB), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Fund Managers.

2-10 years of experience, with good understanding of the FX market and related products, facilitating effective client engagement within Hong Kong Market.
