About the Role:
As a Senior Change Management Specialist, you’ll report directly to the Manager of Change Enablement, playing a crucial role in shaping the success of our supply chain operations. This remote position offers exciting opportunities to travel to various U.S. manufacturing locations, allowing you to engage directly with teams on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead change management projects across the organization
Develop and implement innovative process improvement strategies
Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence
Create and execute impactful communication strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Engage hands-on with manufacturing teams to understand real-world challenges
Measure and analyze change outcomes using data-driven insights
Support employees through transitions and organizational changes
Maintain comprehensive change management documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field
5+ years of experience in change management within manufacturing or supply chain
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Willingness to travel up to 75%, primarily Monday through Thursday
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) (preferred)
