We are currently looking for a talented Channel Sales Manager (fully remote) for a 1-year contract at European MNC that specializes in air compressor products.
Reporting to: Head of Department

the role

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.

Oversee partners’ sales activities by developing and implementing business plans to generate revenue and meet sales targets.

Analyze market trends and devise sales strategies to enhance brand presence.

Assess partner sales performance, recommend improvements, and educate them about the product portfolio and service offerings.

Resolve partner-related issues, such as sales conflicts and pricing concerns, promptly.

Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.

Attend trade shows, conferences, marketing events, and other gatherings to build positive relationships with partners and customers.

Collaborate closely with supply chain management, sales support, project engineers, and the order fulfillment team.

the requirements

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with sales experience selling industrial products.

Driving license & own vehicle.

Fluent in English.
