About the Role:
We supporting our client which is looking for a Chargeback Specialist to handle and resolve disputes related to card and PayPal transactions. You will work closely with the company’s payments and support teams to ensure proper documentation, timely responses, and improved chargeback win rates.
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to all chargeback cases (card and PayPal)
Collect and submit evidence in accordance with issuer and payment platform guidelines
Monitor trends and flag potential fraud or abuse
Work cross-functionally to reduce chargebacks and improve processes
Requirements:
Experience in chargeback handling or fraud prevention
Familiarity with card schemes, PayPal, and payment dispute protocols
Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage case deadlines
