We’re seeking a driven and hands-on CFO to join our client, a new and ambitious iGaming startup. This role is ideal for a Finance Manager or Head of Finance looking to take the next step in their career. As CFO, you will play a key role in shaping our financial strategy, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead all financial operations including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Develop and implement financial processes and controls
Partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making
Oversee cash flow management and cost control
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support company objectives
Work closely with external partners such as auditors, investors, and legal advisors
Requirements:
Experience in iGaming or a comparable fast-paced industry
Prior exposure to Crypto Casinos is a strong plus
Proven experience in finance leadership; team management experience is an advantage
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Based in Cyprus (remote work allowed within the country)
