COO (Chief Operating Officer)

We’re looking for a strategic, systems-minded COO to help take our operations to the next level. This isn’t a role for someone who needs a roadmap handed to them—you’re the one who builds it, spots the detours before they come, and makes the entire engine run smoother.
As COO, you’ll oversee and integrate our Operations, Engineering, and Finance functions while working directly with the owner to align execution with vision. You’re not just managing processes—you’re building and refining them. You know how to drive revenue by improving
efficiency, implementing smart systems, and creating the kind of structure that helps a team
thrive without slowing them down.

What You’ll Do
● Lead and align the company’s Operations, Engineering, and Finance divisions
● Create and optimize systems, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and clarity
● Own and drive revenue operations, ensuring seamless handoffs between sales,
marketing, product, and finance
● Build dashboards, tracking systems, and metrics that create visibility and drive action
● Partner closely with the CEO to turn strategy into structured, scalable execution
● Evaluate current operations and proactively identify problems before they surface
● Ensure cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and operational

accountability
● Take a hands-on role when needed—especially when setting up or refining systems
What We’re Looking For
● 5+ years in operations leadership, ideally in SaaS, tech, or digital-first businesses
● Experience in a COO, VP of Ops, or Director-level role overseeing multiple functions
● Deep expertise in HubSpot, process automation, and business system integration
● Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and aligning spend with growth strategies
● You’re an optimizer: always thinking about how to do it better, faster, and more reliably
● Strong understanding of how different systems connect—from CRM and finance to engineering and analytics
● Clear, proactive communicator who thrives in a remote, outcomes-driven environment
