Chief Operating Officer

An international company Tip-Top Industrial Solutions requires an Operating Director.
Our company has been working for more than 20 years in the field of operation of industrial enterprises and urban facilities.
We provide services such as the operation of industrial buildings and premises, the maintenance of the surrounding area, landscaping, climbing services, technical services.
This is a remote job. Our business operates in different countries and is actively developing.
Subordination to the President of the company. The leadership of the Country managers and functional leaders.
Responsibilities:
– Responsibility for the company’s operational activities and financial results, monitoring the implementation of current projects and obligations, timely indexing of contracts and increasing the marginality of projects;
– Managing business lines through Service leaders, their training and development, defining and setting tasks for the strategic development of areas and achieving results;
– Analysis of the company’s current business processes, search for options to improve efficiency, optimize and reduce costs, change management;
– Implementation of an ERP system, other automation and data storage tools to improve business efficiency;
– Development and implementation of company regulations and policies, control over their implementation;
– Interaction with related departments of the Company, building effective communications and delineating the area of responsibility
– Personnel policy – assessment, hiring, training, adaptation of employees, creation of a personnel reserve, formation of a staffing table;
– Responsibility for the implementation of the Company’s development strategy, assistance in the development of sales and expansion of territories and products.
Requirements:
Previous experience of similar work in an international company.
