Responsibilities:
Rapidly test and validate hypotheses using a data-first approach (“Hypothesis – Test – Result – Evaluation”)
Drive product strategy and lead cross-functional teams toward high-impact outcomes
Translate user feedback into actionable product solutions that solve real problems
Keep processes simple, transparent, and focused on delivering customer value
Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
Be on the frontlines with users: gather feedback, understand needs, and act on insights
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business and user goals
Stay on top of industry trends and share knowledge within the team and community
Act as a brand ambassador and advocate of company values across the organization
Use KPIs, data, and feedback to drive continuous improvement
Own the product portfolio: assortment strategy, pricing, profitability, and growth
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as Chief Product Officer or Head of Product in iGaming, E-commerce, or Dating verticals
5+ years of prior experience as a Product Manager
Deep understanding of the iGaming industry and product development across diverse markets
Strong command of core iGaming metrics: GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LTV, Bonus Cost/Rate
Proven success in building and launching products, consistently exceeding business goals
Proficient in analytics tools: Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics
Demonstrated experience creating and executing product strategies and roadmaps
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to simplify complex processes
