We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Accounting Specialist in Guatemala with strong skills in data entry, Excel, and Power BI. This role will support our finance team by ensuring the accuracy of financial data management and analysis through advanced Excel formulas, Power BI, and other accounting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, manage, and maintain financial data in Excel and accounting software.
Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas) to analyze data and create detailed reports.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Reconcile invoices, accounts, and financial data for monthly and annual closings.
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries as needed.
Perform data audits, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with finance team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Requirements:
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and formulas; experience with Power BI is preferred.
Experience in a clerical or data entry role, ideally in an accounting or finance environment.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
