Keller Executive Search

Keller is seeking an experienced ClickUp/GHL/Make Expert for a new installation and setup for a startup incubator. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing these solutions to meet the specific needs of the organization. This is a permanent role, remote from anywhere.
In this role, you will:

Work closely with the team to understand their processes and requirements.

Plan and execute the installation and setup of ClickUp/GHL/Make.

Customize systems by creating workflows, templates, forms, and integrations to streamline operations.

Train team members on how to effectively use these tools for project management and collaboration.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise.

Work on a few of the incubator’s brands and help to build up and improve operations!

Requirements

Prior experience in installing, configuring, and customizing a similar tech stack.

Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.

Experience working with startups or in a fast-paced, innovative environment is preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to understand and map business processes to workflows.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
