Job Description:
The Client Analytics Specialist is responsible for providing reports and strategic recommendation to our client. This position is responsible for communicating with Account Management, Project Management, and the Project Execution teams. You will review data and determine problem resolution through the appropriate analysis in order to provide critical insights about the business. This is an entry level position, with clear advancement visibility for those who exhibit proficiency in the role with a strong work ethic and communication skills.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Prepare template reports for distribution to clients
Provide strategic recommendations through a detailed trend analysis
Research discrepancies in client reports to cull insights
Provide project launch support to accomplish client’s objectives
Provide ad hoc support of team analysts to assist in their daily tasks
Ensure accuracy and relevance of the data sets to be processed
Eligibility Requirements:
Proficiency with MS Excel is a critical requirement
Highly detail oriented
Objective driven and not task driven
Strong time management and organizational skills
Willing to assist other team members when help is needed
Knowledge of Data visualization tools is highly preferred
