About the Role:
We’re looking for a Client Funding Specialist to join our internal funding team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with our community members who are ready for funding. You’ll be responsible for collecting documents, submitting applications, and following a clear step-by-step SOP that we provide.
You’ll also communicate directly with clients over Slack, Zoom, or Email – so strong communication skills and attention to detail are key.
Responsibilities:
Submit funding applications to banks, credit unions, and fintech platforms
Collect and organize required documents from clients
Follow our SOP exactly to ensure every file is submitted properly
Communicate directly with clients and update them on their progress
Coordinate with internal team and track updates in CRM tools
Requirements:
Prior experience in funding, credit, or financial services is preferred
Strong understanding of credit reports and application processes
Comfortable using tools like Slack, GoHighLevel, and Google Drive
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions
Position Details:
Part-Time to Start (with potential to grow)
