Client Relationship Manager | Remote
Amega Group is seeking to hire a Client Relationship Manager to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to English-speaking clients. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience and maintaining accurate client records.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Respond to general client inquiries and provide timely support
Maintain and update client information accurately in internal systems
Assist with non-regulatory administrative tasks related to client accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
