Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager (remote role with travel), you will report to the Client Organization, and partner in building and maintaining trusting relationships, with our customers. Those relationships are focused on overall satisfaction for assigned clients, for all implemented products, ensuring overall satisfaction and revenue protection, through relationship management, client health monitoring and helping identify account expansion opportunities.
You’ll have opportunity to:

Maintain relationships with clients at an operational level, connecting with the client to assist with issue resolution, goals, projects, and delivering product enhancements to align with current needs of the client and future roadmap

Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews in tandem with Sales, expressing client successes and Return on investment, includes documenting action items and go forward strategy.

Facilitate proactive use of our client Community, driving client adoption for managing support cases, knowledge and product enhancements

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience required

Familiar with the broad range of Experian Health products and services

Experience in a Client Relationship Manager role, within healthcare I.T., and management of multiple provider accounts

Provider based background recommended in PAS and PFS related roles

Excellent skills in

or a similar CRM * 35% travel
