Job Title: Client Success and Community Engagement Specialist (Remote – Part-Time or Full-Time)
Work Hours: Remote, with preferred availability between 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time (5:00 AM to 10:00 AM PHT)

We’re seeking a Client Success and Community Engagement Specialist who thrives in online communities, enjoys being part of live events, and can help manage course content, communications, and client follow-up. This role blends community management, client care, course organization, and soft marketing.
Role Responsibilities:
Community Engagement and Support
Monitor and engage in online communities using platforms such as Upgrade to see actual info, Telegram, and WhatsApp
Welcome new members, post reminders, answer questions, and encourage group participation
Assist with running online challenges and ensure VIP participants are supported
Client Success and Course Management
Upload and maintain content in Kajabi (course modules, resources, videos, etc.)
Track client progress and follow up to help clients complete their programs or challenges
Ensure all deliverables are sent out on time and participants know how to access materials
Webinar and Event Support
Provide behind-the-scenes support for Zoom webinars and live calls
Monitor chat, assist with links and resources, and provide light tech support during events
Help repurpose or document highlights from live sessions
Light Marketing and Branding
Assist with creating basic marketing materials (slides, graphics, reminders) for challenges and webinars
Support content organization that aligns with our brand tone and feel
Collect and organize client testimonials and feedback
Soft Follow-up and Upsell Support
Send friendly follow-up messages to encourage course upgrades, VIP access, or consultation bookings
Help tag leads and track interest using a CRM or internal system
Support with basic lead nurturing, not hard sales
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Experience in online communities, client support, or course management
Confident using or learning platforms like Kajabi, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Zoom
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable following up with people
Enjoys being part of a collaborative team and working independently when needed
Preferred availability between 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time (5:00 AM to 10:00 AM PHT)
Bonus Skills (Not required, but helpful):
Familiarity with Kajabi or course platforms
Light design skills (e.g., Canva)
Basic video or content editing
Experience with Facebook groups or online challenges
