Overview:
The Clinical Scheduler position is a direct report to the Clinical Operations Manager and is responsible for coordinating staff and client schedules by performing diverse related duties.
Pay starting at $17/hr (flexible dependent upon experience).
Candidates must reside within driving distance to Brookfield, WI, as training will be on-site at the Brookfield office and will then transition to remote with occasional on-site meeting. Responsibilities:

Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff and client schedules for the delivery of autism services to our clients

Inform families and/or Behavior Interventionists of schedule changes and update systems accordingly

Find alternate coverage or alternate work for Behavior Interventionist and arrange for PTO coverage

Schedule make-up time to maximize contract fulfillment Participate in staff efficiency and contract fulfillment initiatives

General Office Support

Receive and respond to staff and client phone and email inquiries relating to scheduling

Answer scheduling questions from clients and staff and escalate to appropriate management staff as necessary

Reconcile billing operational and payroll reports

Meetings

Clinical Scheduler will be expected to attend regular meetings with the Clinical Services Scheduling Manager and participate in meetings with other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

A minimum of three years customer service experience

Prior scheduling experience required (preferably in a healthcare setting or at an autism services provider)

Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, self-starter, well organized and detail oriented approach to tasks

Proven customer service skills and experience handling heavy call volume

Proactive/proven ability to anticipate needs and respond appropriately and in a timely manner

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Expected to be available to work overtime, if required.
