We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Architect (gn) to join our TrendMiner team. This full-time position is available immediately and can be based at our headquarters in Hasselt, Belgium, or fully remote in Europe.
As a Cloud Architect (gn) at TrendMiner, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust software solutions that align with our company’s goals and technical vision. You will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, creating architectural designs, and guiding development teams to ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of our software products. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements
Your Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, software Engineering, or in a related field
Strong knowledge of AWS and Cloud SaaS Architecture, preferably in the field of data analytics or business intelligence
Knowledge of data domain
Experience and knowledge with modern cloud technologies (eg, Kubernetes, rabbitmq, keycloack, pipelines, scripting)
In-depth knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python and Java
Demonstrate expertise in machine learning, streaming, time-series, and big data analytics, leveraging this knowledge to contribute to the enhancement of our data-driven decision-making capabilities
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent in English
