Mission générale du poste
The cloud solutions infrastructure administrator must have strong technical knowledge of cloud platform and cloud solution administration, he must be able to work in a mixed Windows and Linux software environment and manage cloud infrastructure services and solutions. provides technical assistance cloud-based systems and solutions for B2B customers, and resolves operational problems. He will also assist in the deployment of cloud based solution, migration of cloud solutions and platforms, updates and maintenances of cloud platforms
Taches Principales
Install and configure new cloud customer’s solutions
· configure the Windows operating system
· Solve L2 and L3 incidents (bypass or definitive)
· Problem management
· Change management
· Contact and communicate with customers
· Ensure incident escalations to L3 and L4.
· Update incident tickets regularly.
· Elaborate investigation and intervention reports.
· Ensure remote interventions.
· Participate in the improvement of cloud customer’s solutions implementation
· Identify and notify anomalies and non-conformities of cloud customers solutions and cloud platform.
Supervise cloud platforms services.
Participate in the improvement of cloud knowledge base.
Follow-up and participate in updates and maintenances operation ensured by L3 and L4.
Responsible for the evaluation of technical risks and map out mitigation strategies
Develop new specs, documentation and contribute in the development of technical procedures and user support guides
Research new technology advancements and conduct evaluations focused on optimizing and improving the cloud infrastructure configuration, performance, capacity, availability, and operational reliability.

Experience with continuous integration, system/application performance measurement, virtualization frameworks such as VMWare, Docker, web infrastructure technologies, clustering, load-balancing and content delivery networks, network engineering and security principles
Experience managing infrastructure projects; cross-functional collaboration
Experience with Agile methodologies and demonstrated ability to operate in this model
Experience working in an agile development environment
Excellent technical knowledge of Public and private Cloud: security, performance, resilience (designing for failure) and availability required to support a public and private cloud first architecture
