JOB OVERVIEW
MontBlack Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Wholesale Account Sales Caller. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in establishing partnerships with wholesale suppliers and brands by conducting sales calls and managing initial account setup processes. This is a remote role ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to suppliers and brands to open wholesale accounts.
Effectively communicate the value of partnering with MontBlack Inc.
Build rapport with key decision-makers to secure partnerships.
Follow up with potential suppliers to nurture and finalize accounts.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the company CRM.
Handle objections professionally and address supplier inquiries confidently.
Collaborate with the team to refine calling scripts and improve success rates.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service (wholesale experience preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
