My client is looking to employ a Collections Manager for an exciting project in their team!
The ideal must be an experienced people manager with extensive experience within Collections.
Hire and manage a team of Collections Officers
Analyse discrepancies in the AR function
Report back to the Finance Manager on team progress
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Ensure all accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time
Develop and implement effective financial strategies
Handle complex accounting issues and provide solutions
Monitor and manage the company’s accounts receivable
Are you immediately available or available on short notice? |Are you an experienced Collections Manager?
A solid understanding of accounting principles
Excellent leadership skills
Strong analytical abilities
An aptitude for problem-solving
The ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments
Familiarity with accounts receivable processes
Based in Bracknell but looking to employ someone FULLY REMOTE.
