Barden are delighted to be partnering with a well-established Cork insurance broker as they look to add a Commercial Account Handler to their growing team.
Note: This role is based in Cork but can be worked hybrid or fully-remote.
About the Role:
Managing client accounts: building client relationships and addressing any concerns regarding new and/or existing policies.
Processing policy endorsements, renewals and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Evaluating commercial risks, conducting risk assessments and advising clients on suitable coverage.
Assisting clients throughout the claims process, liaising with insurers and ensuring timely resolution of claims.
Offering guidance on insurance products, coverage options and risk management strategies to meet client objectives.
About the Person:
CIP qualified or in the process of becoming the same (preferred); minimum APA qualification is essential.
Previous experience in an insurance broker, with a strong understanding of insurance principles.
Demonstrated knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies and regulations.
Prior experience in client relationship management (desirable).
