Commercial Lines Customer Service Associate- REMOTE
Must be located or willing to work in PST or MST.

Duties:
Responsible for small to medium accounts
Main contact for day to day customer needs
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, companies and brokers
Work independently to write new business, and maintain renewals.
Submit completed applications to appropriate carriers, filter questions, negotiate pricing, and review quotes for accuracy
Work with underwriters to amend coverage to meet client needs
Evaluate Risk Transfer methods with client
Prepare Insurance Proposals, Summaries and related documents
Report and monitor claims until closed
Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and new products
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
Requires 1-3 or more years of experience servicing Commercial accounts
Requires Property and Casualty license
Ability to work Independently
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and underwriters
Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
Takes initiative and displays a sense of urgency
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to make recommendations specific to client needs
Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Maintain a Team Environment while working remotely
