? Your Role
As a Nexit Recruiter, you’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle:
Business Development: Source and secure clients (local & international)
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and place quality candidates
Client Management: Understand hiring needs, manage communication, and build relationships
Candidate Experience: Deliver excellent support from first contact to placement
Industry Specialization: You have the freedom to focus on industries you’re passionate about
Full Autonomy: You run your desk like it’s your own business — we provide the infrastructure
