Job Summary:
Are you a creative and organized individual with a fascination for building communities and designing impactful visuals? Puzzle is seeking an initiative-taking Community Manager / Designer who can elevate our online presence and craft visually stunning content. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy, connecting with our audience and bringing our brand to life through your designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management
Engage and grow our online communities across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn by developing and implementing dynamic engagement strategies.
Act as the voice of Puzzle, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our audience and align with our brand values.
Content Creation & Design
Design captivating graphics, videos, and multimedia content that enhance our brand’s visual identity using tools like Figma, Canva, Framer, and Adobe Suite.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative design concepts that drive engagement across social media, email campaigns, and our website.
Continuously explore new design trends and techniques to keep our content fresh and impactful.
Digital Marketing
Manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Analyze the performance of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Use Notion, Slack, Gmail, and ChatGPT to manage tasks, communicate appropriately, and coordinate with team members.
Ensure timely delivery of all content and campaigns by managing deadlines and schedules proficiently.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging tools to continuously enhance our community management and design efforts.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Community Manager, Designer, or in a similar role, with a solid portfolio showcasing your work.
Expertise in social media management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, along with a solid knowledge of digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics & Ads).
Extraordinary design skills with proficiency in Figma, Canva, Framer, and Adobe Suite.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
An initiative-taking and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting.
Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and online advertising is a plus.
