About the Hiring Company:
As a Community Manager, you will lead our tester community team in devising creative strategies to recruit testers based on the needs of our clients. From social media ads and forums to referral programs, you will leverage all marketing channels to attract testers from around the world.
Beyond tester recruitment, you will also lead efforts to cultivate a vibrant tester community, nurturing strong connections and fostering brand loyalty. By interacting directly with testers, you will create an inclusive and dynamic environment that encourages participation and sustained interest.
Job Description:

Align with internal stakeholders and clients to identify tester recruitment needs.

Device creative strategies and leverage marketing channels to recruit testers from around the world.

Interact with our tester community with the goal in mind to keep testers engaged.

Ensure high project pick-up rates for critical or time-sensitive projects.

The Successful Candidate:

Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written.

English fluency required.

Hands-on Approach: Demonstrates a proactive and practical mindset.

Start-Up Experience: Familiarity with or experience in a start-up environment.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.

Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager and/or QA Project Management preferably within a B2B company.
