Company Director – Part-Time job Remote
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our marketing company’s client based in Malta as an additional Company Director. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home for 5 hours weekly.
As the Remote Company Director, you will assist the company operations and in its directorship responsibilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the organization, ensuring its continued growth and success.
Key responsibilities:
Sign the corporate documents
Perform the company verifications and keep the banking relationship
Keep the relations with the accountants, Auditors and Bankers
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Work 5 hours per week, an average of 1 hour daily
Live in Bulgaria
EU passport and residence are a must
Proven track record of successfully managing the director position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies
Experience in banking online verification
