Responsibilities:

Assist Compliance Officer for KYC documentations, maintain good filing of documents and Company Secretarial Tasks

Handle document filing and department administrative work

To do adhoc tasks as request.

Requirements:

F.5, DSE or above with secretarial training preferred

At least 1 years of administration and assistant related experience is an advantage

Ability to organize, multi-tasking and problem solving

Mature, independent and flexible

Good interpersonal & communication skills

Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Immediate available is preferred

Benefits:

Part time Hybrid-Remote Work (around 1 day back office or outside work for document submission)
