About the Role:
As our client transitions from B2B to B2C operations in the digital goods space they aree seeking a Compliance & PSP Manager to establish and maintain their compliance framework. You’ll be responsible for writing and implementing key policies such as Terms of Service, AML, Refund Policies, and Disclaimers, while also handling the onboarding and management of PSPs (Payment Service Providers).
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain all compliance documentation (ToS, AML policies, refund policies, etc.)
Ensure regulatory compliance for our B2C platform
Onboard and manage relationships with new PSPs
Coordinate PSP technical and compliance requirements
Monitor transaction flows and ensure PSP service stability
Requirements:
Proven experience in compliance and payments within digital goods or gaming/e-commerce
Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks
Experience with PSP integration and management
Excellent written communication skills
