About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated and disciplined Content Creators to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating a high volume of short-form video content daily, specifically for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Ideal candidates should have a good grasp of English, familiarity with video editing tools like CapCut, and the ability to follow structured content guidelines with a focus on consistency and repetition.
Key Responsibilities: * Create Daily Reels Content:
Produce and edit 30+ Reels or TikTok videos daily, focused on 1-2 specific segments.
Ensure content meets the brand’s standards and appeals to the target audience.
Repetitive Content Creation:
Perform low to medium creativity tasks by following predetermined formats and templates.
Efficiently handle repetitive content creation to maintain a consistent output.
Video Editing:
Utilize video editing tools such as CapCut to create visually engaging content.
Implement basic editing techniques, including trimming, adding captions, transitions, and effects.
Remote Discipline and Time Management:
Manage time effectively to meet daily content quotas while maintaining quality.
Communicate regularly with the team and report on task progress and any challenges.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in content creation, specifically for Instagram and TikTok.
Strong command of English, with the ability to understand and apply content guidelines effectively.
Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar.
Ability to follow repetitive and structured content creation processes with attention to detail.
Highly disciplined and self-motivated, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Basic understanding of current social media trends and audience preferences.
