Job Title: Country Manager – Japan (Remote)

Key Responsibilities: * Channel Development: Assist the company in executing its overseas development strategy and business planning. Understand industry dynamics to establish and expand sales channels.
Market Expansion: Drive international market growth by identifying potential markets and clients. Achieve sales targets set by the company while conducting market research and analysis to optimize sales strategies and enhance channel planning.
Business Management: Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and sales channels to ensure sustainable growth.
Qualifications: * Industry Experience: Background in the chemical industry, preferably with B2B experience. Sales experience in butyl rubber or with tire clients is a significant advantage.
Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading). Proficiency in Japanese or the local language is highly desirable.
International Trade Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in international trade, with a solid understanding of export processes and workflows.
Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
Residency Requirements: Open to Japanese nationals or foreigners with permanent residency in Japan.
