Our client is a leader in the Events industry seeking a Creative Strategy Lead to further strengthen their creative team, working closely with the Creative Director, creative studio, and project and technical teams.
Role Overview: As a Creative Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative concepts for a range of events, conferences, and brand experiences. You will guide projects from initial pitch to creative execution, ensuring that each concept aligns with the client’s vision and business goals. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and clients, driving innovation and creativity across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Creative Concept Development: Generate innovative ideas and concepts for a variety of events, conferences, and brand experiences. Pitch and present your ideas to clients and oversee their execution.

Creative Steering: Lead the creative process, including 3D rendering, scenography, concept design, and artwork. Ensure all outputs meet high standards of creativity and quality.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with current clients and pitch new clients across diverse industries, including luxury, lifestyle, technology, sports, and education.

Storytelling & Customer Journeys: Craft compelling customer journeys using storytelling, high-end conceptual designs, and strategic brand marketing solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with Account Services & Operations Teams to lead projects from conception to completion, adhering to space, budget, and deadline constraints.

Creative Briefs & Process Evolution: Own the insights and direction of creative briefs. Continuously contribute to the enhancement of design processes.

Cultural Adaptability: Adapt to a new working environment, embracing different cultural approaches and business practices with professionalism, flexibility, and tolerance.

Problem-Solving & Independence: Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work well independently and in teams.

Communication: Maintain excellent English written and oral communication skills, effectively engaging with management, shareholders, clients, HR, and colleagues.

New Business/Tender Support: Evaluate tender documents from a creative perspective to support business development and new pitches.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in developing creative concepts for events, with at least 4 years in a reputable event agency.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in pitching ideas to clients and directors, and translating concepts to internal teams.

Middle East Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with the working culture and business environment in the Middle East is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint; adept at creating visually appealing presentations.

Workflow Understanding: Knowledge of the creative lifecycle in an events agency, including project team dynamics and creative resource management.

Solution-Driven Mindset: Ability to navigate challenges with a positive, can-do attitude, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Brand Communication: Strong understanding of live communication and brand marketing through events.

Multitasking & Deadline Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
