You will manage hiring, onboarding, CRM operations, and process automation, leading the implementation of HubSpot CRM (currently using Kommo CRM) to ensure effective lead distribution and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Hiring & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment and smooth onboarding of new team members.

Lead Distribution & Qualification: Ensure leads are properly distributed and qualified.

CRM Management: Maintain CRM discipline, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.

Process Automation: Use tools like Zapier to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

HubSpot CRM Implementation: Lead HubSpot CRM adoption and train the team.

Collaborate with Marketing: Align sales and marketing efforts for smooth lead tracking and campaign support.

Maintain and improve operational processes and Latoken’s reputation.

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing CRM and automation projects.

Proficiency with no-code tools like Zapier.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Marketing campaign management experience is a plus
