We are currently seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for the APAC region to lead our Sales and Key Account Management (KAM) teams within the High Risk PSP and FinTech market of Southeast Asia.
Job Description:

Drive revenue growth through effective leadership of the Sales and KAM teams.

Manage and optimize these teams to meet the specific demands of the Southeast Asian market.

Develop and implement sales and retention strategies, along with key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ensure the teams meet revenue targets within the planned time frames.

Identify new sales opportunities and propose enhancements to our services.

Formulate a growth strategy tailored to the Southeast Asian market.

The Successful Candidate

5+ years experience in senior roles overseeing Sales and Key Account teams in High Risk Payment industry.

In-depth knowledge of payment processes within the High Risk PSP and FinTech industries in Southeast Asia.

Solid experience in Revenue Growth and prior Revenue focused roles

Solid experience in people management

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Strong skills in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Fluent in English and ideally Russian at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher; an additional foreign language is a plus.
