Position : Curriculum Developer/Lecturer – Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and develop innovative course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with learning objectives.

Teaching & Instruction: Deliver high-quality online lectures, engage students through interactive teaching methods, and provide academic support.

Content Enhancement: Continuously update course content based on industry trends, new research, and technological advancements.

Assessment & Evaluation: Develop fair and effective assessment tools to measure student progress and improve learning outcomes.

Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and academic teams to enhance curriculum quality.

Student Engagement: Provide mentorship, feedback, and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.

Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure that course materials meet institutional, national, and accreditation standards.

Required Profile – Skills & Qualifications:

Academic Background: A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in the relevant field of study.

Teaching Experience: At least 3-5 years of teaching or curriculum development experience in higher education.

Curriculum Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and digital learning tools.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies for online course delivery.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage students effectively.

Research & Industry Awareness: Ability to integrate the latest research, trends, and real-world applications into course content.

Remote Learning Experience: Previous experience in online education or distance learning is an advantage.

Education & Experience:

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.

3-5 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, or instructional design at the higher education level.

Experience in online or distance learning environments is highly desirable.

Familiarity with competency-based education (CBE) and modern instructional frameworks is a plus.
