Our client, a dynamic and innovative real estate company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join their team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing market trends, optimizing product performance, and providing data-driven insights to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:

Developing a deep understanding of the Mosaik platform and ancillary tools

Working with customers to ensure successful implementations

Providing ongoing training and technical support to customers

Identifying process improvement opportunities

Monitoring trends and analytics around customer engagement, adoption, utilization, etc.

Collect and analyze data related to market trends, customer behavior, and product performance.

Identify opportunities for product optimization and improvement based on data insights.

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate data effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product experiments and A/B tests.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in the real estate industry.

Experience in at least one of the following areas would generally be a good fit: client relations/account management, technical support, business analysis, project management, customer experience.

Experience in the real estate industry or with SaaS companies is a plus, but not required.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experience with A/B testing.

Understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

Able to work in US Eastern Time Business hours

Strong English skills are a must, as the role is client-facing.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
