About our application process

As part of the application process, you’ll take a typing and computer skills assessment, weโll evaluate your home internet speed, your computer will be scanned to ensure it can support Omni + Client systems, and youโll answer some questions about your experience. The assessment takes 15 minutes to complete. The full application process takes around 30 minutes to complete. You must be in front of a computer to complete your full application.

As a contractor, you’ll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat or email, assisting them with all their needs.

Required Skills for Successful Contractors:
๐ฌ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (B1 level or higher)

Important Information
Technology & Equipment Requirements:
๐ป Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
โ๏ธ Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
๐ง Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
๐จ High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
Mobile home internet and Satellite internet not accepted by clients
๐พ Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
๐คณSmart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication

Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Omni Interactions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor or freelancer for the duration of your contract with Omni. Omni Interactions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Omni Interactions. Upon receiving your contract, you will be required to agree that you have no claim against Omni Interactions, either under this agreement or otherwise, for vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, contributions to the Guatemalan Social Security Institute (IGSS), workerโs compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime pay, or any other employee benefits as required under Guatemalan labor laws or regulations.
