Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Traditional Mandarin/ Cantonese)
Location: Sunway Visio, Cheras (WFH after 3 month of probation)
Job Type: Permanent | Full Time
Salary:
– Basic: RM3000
– Shift Allowance: Upto RM 500
– KPI: RM (performance-based)
Working Hours: 24/7 (rotating shifts, including nights)
Mandate:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM.

Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Required language(s): Traditional Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently

Communicate effectively with customers in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing

Read and write Chinese characters

Work rotating shifts, including nights, to ensure 24/7 coverage
