We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. If you are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
