Responsibilities
Engage professionally with American Express cardholders through various channels (phone, email, live chat) to assist with inquiries related to their accounts and services.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding transactions, rewards, and account features to enhance customer satisfaction.
Effectively handle customer complaints and issues with empathy, working towards a positive resolution each time.
Document interactions accurately and efficiently for quality assurance and service improvement purposes.
Stay updated on American Express products, services, and policies to provide the best possible assistance to customers.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance the overall customer service experience.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
